Regulations

In order to avoid confusion and to ensure a great holiday, you are encouraged to read the following rules. Confirmation of booking means that the rules have been read and the accepted.

  1. The apartments are rented by days.
  2. A day stay in the apartment lasts from 02:00pm to 11:00am.
  3. Shall the guest extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, he/she should report it to the apartment staff before 09:00am on the last day of the initially intended stay.
  4. The requests for extension of stay shall be considered as far as there are free apartments.
  5. The guest of the apartment shall make an advance payment for the stay prior to his/her arrival, the rest of the fee shall be paid on arrival - at the latest. An ID card is required for check-in. Shall an ID card be questioned by the designated contact person, he/she has a right to ask for another identity proof of the checking in person (passport, driving license) without giving a reason.
  6. Failure to pay for the stay in advance entitles the designated contact person to refuse the check-in of the guest or provide a key to the apartment.
  7. During the handover of keys, the contact person shall provide instructions regarding operation of selected electrical equipment fitted in the apartment. This also means that the guest gets acquainted with the technical and quantitative condition of the apartment, as well as the equipment located in it.
  8. Failure to raise comments or objections as to the technical condition at the time of entry into the apartment means that the guest accepted it without any comments or objections.
  9. The apartment staff has no right to enter a rented apartment without the guest's permit, or to move / use their personal belongings. The right to enter the rented premises is limited only to the cases when the safety of the guests is at risk, or when the guests do not comply with the apartment rules.
  10. Pets are not allowed, unless the prior authorization from the owner of the apartment has been obtained. The apartment staff has the right to refuse to provide accommodation to guests with pets brought by them without the prior arrangements. Dogs must at all times be kept on a leash.
  11. The guest of the apartment takes full responsibility for any damage or destruction wreaked by the animal on the equipment and technical devices in the apartment.
  12. Items left by the guest in the apartment after departure will be returned at the expense of the guest to the address indicated by him/her. If the guest does not indicate the address for returning of goods left in the apartment or in the absence of a personal collection of the goods within 3 days from the date of departure from the apartment, the apartment staff will proceed with those goods according to the rules on lost and found property.
  13. Due to the fire safety requirements, the use of any electric or gas powered equipment or devices in the apartment, which do not belong to its standard equipment and may create a fire hazard, such as electric immersion heaters, radiators, gas cookers - is prohibited. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odour to the apartment.
  14. It is recommended to check if the room is locked each time it is left. The apartment furnishings or fittings cannot be removed (e.g. towels, blankets, pillows, equipment, etc). Please take care of the rented apartment, turn the superfluous lights and taps off.
  15. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
  16. The Guests who intentionally or accidentally destroy the apartment are required to cover the total costs incurred for the repair of the damage. On the day of departure the guest shall let the designated person enter the rented apartment in order to check the condition of the premises. The guest cannot leave the apartment before the inspection. Any claims for any damage identified upon the inspection by the apartment staff will be pursued in court.
  17. The guests are required to leave the room before 11:00am on the day of departure.
  18. The rented apartment shall be left in the not deteriorated condition, according to the move-in protocol.
  19. The earlier departure for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the apartment does not entitle the guest to claim refund for the unused service.
  20. Invoices for the stay can be issued upon request within 7 days from the date of check-out. They will be sent by registered mail to the indicated address.
  21. In order to book a specific apartment, the potential guest reserves the accommodation on-line using the application at http://rezerwacje.apartamenty-krupowki.pl, by e-mail or by phone. In the absence of confirmation of payment of the deposit within 48 hours, the system will cancel the booking.
  22. An advance payment for the stay can be made at the time of booking through the secure online payment system PayPal or PayU, with which the owner of Krupówki Apartments has signed the relevant agreements, or a to the designated bank account. The booking gets the "confirmed" status upon the payment of the deposit.
  23. The booking is effective upon crediting the bank account of the owner of Krupówki Apartments.
  24. After the receipt of the advance payment for the reservation, the Guest will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the reservation of the apartment for the requested period.
  25. There are local fees in Zakopane imposed on the visitors for each day of their stay, which are included in the price of accommodation.
  26. Settlement of advance online payment by credit card and e-transfer is carried out through PayU or PayPal Settlement Systems.
  27. Making the reservation is equal to the acceptance of the following clause:
    I hereby declare that I consent to the processing of my personal data, as specified in the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), by the owner of Krupówki Apartments for the purpose of execution of the rental agreement.

I declare that I was informed by the data administrator on the circumstances mentioned above.
